My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms in the 2nd building provided everything needed, but lacked a refrigerator and microwave, so keep that in mind if those are essential for you. Being next door to the original Plaza Hotel was convenient, even though my booking mistake led to me not staying that night.
This hotel has some lovely aspects, such as the clean and spacious rooms with character, although issues with the AC not working and some cleanliness concerns like peanut shells and an old carpet. The service provided historical insights but lacked some promised breakfast items. The location is great for exploring Winslow AZ with many shops nearby. The dining experience was average, and facilities were decent.

The rooms, filled with books, cozy chairs, and nooks & crannies, provided a lovely alternative to the digital overwhelm of today while offering all modern conveniences. The service was friendly and willing to go the extra mile, although lacking in historical knowledge. The location is perfect for exploring the area, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and the dining experience was absolutely delicious at a great price point.
